The “Currywurst” (Curry Sausage) is a true icon of German food culture.
Alphütte’s “CLASSIC” version is following the original recipe of the Berlin variant, which was introduced around 1949. Also known as the “White Curry-Sausage”.
In Germany, Currywurst is always served with french fries, Curry-Sauce and – sometimes – with Mayonnaise.
The “Currywurst CLASSIC” is made of 100% Taiwanese pork. It has a slight curry taste and we definitely recommend to pair it with Alphütte’s homemade CURRY-SAUCE!
