Bacon is a type of salt-cured pork made from various cuts, typically from the pork belly or from the less fatty back cuts. It is eaten on its own, as a side dish (particularly in breakfasts accompanied by eggs), or used as a minor ingredient to flavor dishes like sandwiches. Bacon is also used for barding and larding roasts of any kind. For our bacon we use as less as possible salt and we smoke it in pure beech wood, which gives it the distinctive and unique taste. Our bacon is fully cooked, and you can enjoy it as a cold cut as well.
